{ Easy Pottery Barn Inspired Christmas Wreath Tutorial-DIY }

Here is my attempt at the Pottery Barn Wreath that I posted about below. I already had the wreath and I spent $4 dollars on balls, & twisty tie line all from the Dollar Tree.
This price is so much better than the $79.00 that Pottery Barn is asking! Granted I don't have the fancy hanger, but mine will be hung on the outside of my windows so I don't mind.
Gather your supplies.
Loop the twist tie through your ornament, I didn't bother gluing the caps on the balls as they were already pretty tight. Just check yours as you go.
Place your ball on the wreath and fish your loop though the wreath to the metal framing on the back & twist them so they are secure,
so E.A.S.Y.
And just keep adding until your happy with the results.
Until you have this...... Isn't she pretty!I love it! Especially the $4.00 dollar price tag, thanks for the inspiration Pottery Barn! If you make these I would love to see your final product, so please share!

Yeah, she rocked those shots!And guess who dyed her hair dark brown for the first time ever while in Idaho hanging with her best gal pals?!
Before..... Thanks you Shauna & Eleasha I LOVE IT!

And guess who has reached her capacity for Christmas stitchery's? Sorry gal's I'm completely booked, these take time to make and I have 11 orders to get through. If I get them finished soon and find I have time for a few more I'll let you know.

{ Pinecone Wreath }

A little project I did late last night. This is what 2 1/2 hrs, 1 Styrofoam wreath, 358 Pine Cones & 79 Mini Glue sticks looks like.
Yes I counted it all as I went, I'm OCD like that.

I so love it. Thanks V & Co. for the tutorial :) And thank you Calie for helping me scrounge for the Pine Cones. Only a true friend would do that with ya! I'm dying to hang it from some fabric like V & Co but I have to figure out where to hang it first. So for now this is her temporary home.

This is another wreath I worked on last night, but it's still in the production phase. I plan to have it finished soon. This one is thanks to Eddie Ross. Well, off I go to replenish my glue stick supply. :)

{ Canned Stew Recipe }

Canned Stew
_______________________

In large bowls --- cut, chop or slice the following:

Potatoes
Carrots sliced
Celery sliced
Onion chopped
(A food processor works great for the carrots and celery
& don't forget to keep the potatoes covered with water so they don't brown)

1 TBSP Pearl Barley
1 TBSP Parsley
1 TBSP Bouillon (beef or chicken)
1/4 Tsp Salt (optional)
________________________
In clean Canning Jar add:
Pearl Barley
Parsley
Bouillon
Salt (optional)
Then using a LARGE handful of each, add the following:
Onion
Celery
Carrots
Potatoes
(I usually add more potatoes)

Cover all ingredients with boiling water leaving 1 inch head space
Wipe rim with clean dish cloth, top with lid & ring then process in a
Pressure Canner for 30 Minutes
at 12 pounds of pressure.

This stew can be made into:
Pot Pies
Casseroles
Dumplings

A quick way I have served this is to open 2 jars of stew in a 9 x 13 pan, then add a can of Roast beef chunks, some fresh sliced zucchini and top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 till bubbly.
My family loves this and it's great to have on hand when you need to whip up a quick meal.
Happy Canning!
